The Independent Living Centre WA (ILC) is a not for profit organisation that supports all individuals, including people with disability, those who are aging, their families and carers, to live full and independent lives through the provision of allied health and assistive technology solutions.
We are currently looking for an efficient, friendly and highly computer literate Program Support Officer to join our dedicated customer focused team in Assistive Technology Services (ATS) at ILC WA. Key duties will include: customer liaison, scheduling, appointments, reception, administration support and database entry.
A sound knowledge of general office procedures, reception and experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite and willingness to learn are essential. Knowledge of computerised accounting packages and/or Customer Relationship Management packages is desirable but not essential.
The Position is best suited to someone with the following attributes: strong interpersonal skills, customer service focused who is a team player with proven attention to detail.
