The Independent Living Centre WA (ILC) provides information and advice, assessment, funding and hire services that enable Western Australians of all ages and abilities to live more independent and fulfilling lives.
The ILC team is looking for an experienced, professional and friendly Customer Service Officer to support people with a disability and older people to access services of the ILC at its Nedlands facility.
This new position will provide a high level of customer service, linking customers with their assistive technology and health service needs. It will also provide administrative support, managing our Nedlands display which contains a range of assistive equipment and technology for people to explore and trial.
