Book an Appointment

ILC’s Nedlands centre has a wide range of equipment on display. Appointments can be made to see an occupational therapist or speech pathologist to discuss your needs in greater depth and to ensure that the right equipment or technology is available for you to trial when you visit. Equipment can be sourced from suppliers Australia-wide for appointments when required. Fees may apply for these services.

Please note from 1 July 2019, in line with the rollout of the NDIS and funding changes within the disability sector, the way in which the cost of ILC’s Expert AT Consultation Service will be charged will change.

From 1 July 2019, the cost for an expert AT consultation for NDIS participants will be $190 per hour, in line with the NDIS allied health approved fees.

People with disability who do not have an NDIS plan and are eligible for services from the Department of Communities, Disability Services can continue to access the Expert AT Consultation Service on a fee waived basis. The cost for these consultations is funded through the Department of Communities, Disability Services.

Book an ILC Information Session

Book an information session to find out about the services offered by the ILC and to see assistive equipment demonstrations. Sessions are available for community groups, service providers, carers and students. Fees may apply for some groups. Further information about workshops and training can be found here.

Arrange a Community Outreach

Our experienced team members can visit community organisations or groups to provide a presentation on assistive equipment and ILC’s services. For more information click here.
The ILC can also set up an equipment and information display at community events. Please contact us for more information.

ILC Country Services

The ILC Country Services is a unique service for people of all ages with equipment needs in rural and remote areas of Western Australia. Healthcare workers are also provided with the opportunity to update their knowledge and skills regarding equipment for themselves and their clients. ILC’s team of health professionals visit regions from Kununurra to Esperance. View more information here.
