Administration Officer – Regional Assessment Service
The Independent Living Centre WA (ILC) provides information and advice, assessment, funding and hire services that enable Western Australians of all ages and abilities to live more independent and fulfilling lives.
We are currently looking for an efficient, highly customer focused Administration Officer to join our dedicated team in Westminster. The Administration Officer will provide support services to the North Metro, Regional Assessment Team, including liaising with customers, suppliers and stakeholders, data entry and general administration support. Competent in the Microsoft Office suite, a flexible manner and willingness to learn are essential. Candidates with knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint will be highly regarded.
The position is best suited to someone with the following attributes:
- A professional telephone manner
- Sound knowledge of general office procedures
- Experienced in receptionist/telephonist duties
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Honest, confident and reliable
