The Independent Living Centre WA (ILC) services are funded by a number of government departments as well as some services being provided on a fee for service basis.
Disability Services Commission (DSC), one of the main funders of ILC services, regularly evaluates how well organisations such as the ILC meet the National Standards for Disability Services. The evaluation focuses on:
- Standard 1: Rights
- Standard 3: Individual Outcomes
- Standard 4: Feedback and Complaints
To assist in this evaluation process DSC has appointed independent quality evaluators Goodrun Solutions to obtain feedback directly from our clients who use any of our DSC funded services.
The ILC invites individuals, families and carers who have accessed our services to take part in this quality evaluation. Information you provide will be treated as confidential and will be used in combination with other materials collected throughout the evaluation process. If you wish to speak directly to the evaluators please contact Goodrun Giles on mobile: 0415 886 413 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
The ILC is committed to providing quality services and encourage you to complete this short online survey by Wednesday 28th July 2017.
