Are you a Carer?
Are you providing ongoing and regular care for a friend, family member or neighbour?
Are you providing assistance with everyday type of activities such as, shopping, paying bills, house work, personal care or meals? Does the person requiring care have a permanent physical or intellectual disability, mental health issue, frailty, or palliative care needs?
If this describes you, and the person you care for, you may be eligible for carer support services, such as respite, enabling you to take a break. Through a range of programs, the Commonwealth Respite and Carelink centre can offer support to carers of any age, gender and cultural background.
If you would like to speak to one of our friendly and professional staff to discuss whether you are eligible for our services, please contact our centre on 1800 052 222.
