ILC Assistive Equipment Services (AES)
Service description
This valuable service is often the first line of contact for visitors and users of the ILC. The agency is a community service organisation that provides impartial, expert advice on equipment, access and resources to people with disabilities, the elderly, their carers and service providers.
How we can help
The display area allows clients to make an appointment to view and trial a wide range of assistive equipment and technology useful to performing tasks in the home, school or wider community. An integral part of AES is the comprehensive search catalogue of assistive equipment and services which is kept up to date and is easily accessible online through the equipment database. Information from the database can also be accessed by speaking to a health professional on the enquiry line.
