The Independent Living Centre WA (ILC) provides information and advice, assessment, funding and hire services that enable Western Australians of all ages and abilities to live more independent and fulfilling lives.
About the role:
Due to continued business growth, the ILC team is seeking to recruit an energetic and experienced Health Professional to assist the Service Manager with project and service development work that will support the implementation of new service delivery models within the ILC – Home Modifications and Assistive Technology; and Reablement and Allied Health services.
The ideal candidate will have experience in some, if not all of the following areas:
- Community care, disability and/or health care industry
- Service model and project development
- Reablement and Allied Health Services
- Assistive technology and home modifications
