The Independent Living Centre WA (ILC) provides information and advice, assessment, funding and hire services that enable Western Australians of all ages and abilities to live more independent and fulfilling lives.

The ILC Respite and Carelink Centre provides information and respite services for Carers of older people, people with disabilities, mental health issues, young carers and people caring for someone with a severe and profound disability.

The role of the CLO is to assess a Carers needs and determine how best their respite needs can be met. The CLO works with Carers to facilitate the planning and delivery of respite through a carers respite brokerage model. Applicants with experience in mental health and disability are suited to this position. They will work in a professional and committed call centre team. Strong networking and liaison skills to achieve the best possible outcomes for the Carer are required.
